How does it work?

1. Both buyer and seller complete MAM online Application and provide Meridian with two forms of government Identification.
2. Both Seller and Buyer provide Meridian with the conditions of escrow, Meridian will then opens up accounts for both the buyer and seller with conditions listed in online escrow management account.
3. Once both the buyer & seller confirm conditions of escrow, Meridian will then review the account and release the funds to the seller once Meridian has confirmed the conditions of sale.

Inside your Account Area you will find three types of accounts:

  A. Available Account: where funds available for withdrawal are held.
  B. Hold Account: funds the account holder must deposit are held here.
  C. Fiduciary Account: funds that are being held for the account holder are held here.

In total each account holder has 3 accounts. Once Meridian has been asked to review the terms of escrow, upon satisfactory review all funds being held in the fiduciary account will be transferred to the available account and released for withdrawal.
